Eligibility

Candidates who have appeared/passed 10+2 examination of CBSE, ICSE or equivalent.

Course Description

  • To prepare dynamic managers equipped with the understanding of the cross dimensions of the industry.

  • To impart highly innovative and need-based management and computer education along with educating them on the use of various applications relevant to the hotel industry.

  • To provide industrial training to students for a minimum period of six months in various star hotels.

  • To provide students a thorough technical knowledge of front office management and accommodation operations.

  • To provide students with total expertise and understanding of the food preparation, costing and their controls and food and beverage services operations.

  • To highlight and educate students about the elements of marketing with special reference to the industry.

  • To provide students with a working knowledge of nutrition and food science.

  • To provide students with an understanding and awareness of the nature of jobs in this industry.

  • To teach students about the principles of management and management practices related to the industry.

  • To establish meaningful relations with reputed hospitality and business sectors of the country.

  • In this course students get to study the food ingredients, raw material, meat, fish, vegetables, method of cooking, and various cuisines.

  • Students will be enrolled in specialization programs of their choice from Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council.

  • These qualifications are recognized by Government and allow you to work in India and Abroad.

  • Food and Beverage Department (F&B) is responsible for maintaining high quality of food, beverage and service, food costing, managing restaurants, bars, etc.

  • Food and Beverage Service is the department where Food is made in the Kitchen and Drinks prepared in the Bar for the Customers (Guest) at the Food & Beverage premises, which can be: Restaurants, Bars, Hotels, Airlines, Cruise Ships, Trains, Companies, Schools, Colleges, Hospitals, Prisons, Takeaway, etc.

  • The Front Office Department is headed by Front Office Manager. The Front Office Manager is responsible for coordinating activities, supervising the subordinates, hiring and training, preparing the budget for front office department, performance evaluation of employees and makes sure that all the complaints are addressed.

  • The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for scheduling the shifts of employees, payroll, monitor salaries, room deposits, refunds, etc.

  • The Front Desk representative should be well aware with the policies and prices (tariff) of the services provided and must be prompt to answer queries. He/she is responsible for the bookings, assignment of rooms, maintaining guest records, etc.

  • With wide and rich industrial experience, we are able to provide services for House Keeping Services. Our services comprise of cleaning, sweeping, disposal of garbage along with regular dust control with odor and pest control.

  • The service team includes hard skilled workers for housekeeping in bringing an excellent output.
